时尚街拍网GILES DEACON told us this morning that Miuccia Prada was happy for him to superimpose a test shot from one of her previous advertising campaigns onto some of the pieces in his new collection.
Following the Giles show last night, the similarities between the image featured on his first three looks and the 1997 Prada shoot - starring Amber Valetta and photographed by Glen Luchford - were pointed out on blogs and news sites.
In the test shot, which was never used by Prada, Valetta is looking away from the camera and, although you can't see them, is wearing Adidas Gazelles - in a further twist, the models on Deacon's catwalk also wore his version of the Nineties footwear favourite.(Other superimposed Luchford images in the Giles collection featured models such as Kate Moss.)
